Exceptionally comfortable bed, large bathroom and central heating, TV set, and a microwave in the room. Understanding staff, early check in. The pool area is nice too. Easy parking on site. Absolutely perfect and favourable location and clean facilities.

The hotel was clean. The staff were friendly. My room was updated and enjoyable. The location was unbeatable, with a grocery store and Subway restaurant nearby, which was convenient for attending a wedding in Michigan.

Staff was not at front desk at 7:45am. I realize she was doing other things. The location was farther than I thought from MSU Campus. All other nearby Holiday Inns were booked.

The location of the hotel was great for my needs. I needed a convenient place to stay for my business trip, and Holiday Inn Express was in the perfect spot. The room was clean and comfortable, and the linens and towels were fresh. I also appreciated the leather desk chair and lounge chair, as they were easy to wipe down and keep clean. Despite some minor issues, such as mold on the curtains and broken items in the room, the overall cleanliness was satisfactory. The noise level was also manageable, with minimal disturbance from neighboring rooms.

Although I encountered some drawbacks during my stay, such as the lack of a close room to the elevator and some maintenance issues, I understand that these things can happen occasionally. The biggest disappointment, however, was the breakfast.

The room was spacious and modern with plenty of dining tables. The temperature was set to a comfortable 62 degrees. Amenities like a microwave, coffee/tea maker, and refrigerator were provided. The hotel was located in a great building in a convenient spot close to the fairgrounds. everything was great, and I would definitely choose to stay here again in Charlotte.

Convenient location near Spartan facility. Friendly and laid-back staff. Good breakfast with options like omelettes, bacon, and yogurt. Walking distance to a small plaza for any necessary items. one of our best stays!

I booked this through your site based on a set rate only to be billed more on check out. When questioned i was told rates go up on a saturday night??? Not a good explanation seeing i pre-booked based on yoir sight

I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Express in Charlotte for two nights. The staff was incredibly friendly and the room was spotlessly clean. The pillows were super comfortable and the bed provided a great night's sleep. I especially enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning, with plenty of options to choose from. The location of the hotel was also very convenient, making it easy to get around.

This place is spotless, and the staff goes above and beyond to help you out. The rooms are modern, spacious, and come with two comfy beds. Had a really pleasant stay during our overnight road trip 🌟.
